Ghanmarks Empowerment Model
NGOs, or non-governmental organizations, play an important role in addressing poverty, inequality, and other social issues around the world. However, many NGOs, particularly donor NGOs, take a approach of simply making donations without any further involvement in the communities they serve. While well-intentioned, this approach has been shown to be less effective in achieving sustainable change and may even perpetuate a dependency on continued donations.

💻From Donation to Transformation!
We are incredibly excited to see the impact of our recent laptop donation to AFUTA GLORYLAND SCHOOL COMPLEX, Agbozume (Volta Region, Ghana).
The photos shared by the school show students actively engaged in an #ICT class session — exploring, learning, and interacting with #technology firsthand. For many of these students, this marks a significant step into the world of #STEM education and digital literacy.
What started as a donation of 10 laptops is now creating real classroom experiences — expanding curiosity, building skills, and opening doors to future opportunities. 🌍📚
